Hello — I'm Pattie Freeman, a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Sports Mind Coach (NESTA), and a Trainer with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I've worked at this full time since 2000, and I customize each session to the person in front of me.

I work across CBT, NLP, EMDR, Parts Therapy (IFS), hypnoanalysis, and regression. Over the years that's helped thousands of clients let go of addiction, anxiety, depression, weight and body image struggles, phobias, PTSD, and relationship patterns that stopped serving them. No two people experience the same thing the same way, so no two sessions look alike.

Somewhere along the way, longtime clients started calling me the "Mental Guru." I'll take the compliment. What I actually do is brain science, applied with care and a lot of listening. That work has taken me onto keynote stages and into rooms with high performers in sports, entertainment and business. Most recently it took me into print: my book, Beyond the Sorrow, is out now.
